1. Order Processing All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of placing your order. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Times & Costs We currently offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders. The typical delivery time to the United States is 8 to 12 business days. Depending on your exact location, you may receive your items much earlier.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a very small window to cancel/change your order or change the address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at supportradiantkeys@gmail.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer modify the destination.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages RadiantKeys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
